Great opportunity from someone who knows his stuff. If we were racing that weekend, Ben definitely would sign up. He learned more from a weekend of following Mike at Post and the HR SuperD than a year of riding. As a parent observing, I think Mike is a great coach and good influence on a thoughtful approach to riding, racing, and building. If you have the opportunity, sign up.

The TRX can be suspended from a door/door frame and is packable for travel (less than 1 lb and takes up less space than once size 13 shoe). Suspending it from a higher anchor point allows more flexibility in what you use it for, but it is still a good training device hung from a doorway.

if it it meets the quality bar of the old gear, please bring it back. I have a 10 yr old pair of Roach shorts that are still going strong. Had to resew some pocket seams but the fabric and main seams have been bombproof. The cut and fit have yet to be matched by anything since - Sombrio, Dakine, big S.

gotta agree - great event. Fun course - it dried up in time and the weather held. The course was even better than last year with the added climb and descent into Post Canyon. As far as the promoter, what more can you say than brats, burgers, and beverages were included as part of the entry at the post-race party at the local brewery. Definitely worth checking out the last two events of the series.
